Last week we all had the chance to update the rest of the groups on our projects and what we have been working on since the beginning of the semester. We also had the honor of having a guest come in to hear about our projects, and take notes for her new article on the Environmental Program here at Seton Hall. It was nice being able to share our projects to some from eyes, and show her all the work we have done. I am excited to read her article, and know that our program is going to be advertised. It is definitely under appreciated and under recognized, so that fact we had someone come in to check us out was awesome.

This week I have been looking into the calendar a little bit, and seeing what it recommends for planting. Professor Knapik picked up the preps for the plants over break, so we are moving towards actually implementing this method in our garden. Isn't that so exciting? So, it is really important to prepare properly and do the research on when the right time to plant is, so we have the best chance for success. Although I did not find too much as of yet, I saw on one site that on April's calendar it gave a period for good planting. This period extended from April 19th - 28th. So, I think it would be most beneficial to store our preps with the methods we researched last week until the period recommended for planting. I am so excited to get our hands dirty.
